Our first pet is  German Shorthaired Pointer Greisi Turkio oaze. Now she is 10 years old. Greisi used to stay alone at home for a long time, for this reason we decided to get one more dog, to make greisi a friend to play with and to have a new family member.We were looking through lots of dogs breeds and finally we found one, really special – It is Hungarian Shorthaired Vizsla. It`s a pity that there aren‘t any dogs of this breed in our country, but through internet we managed to find their breeding-ground in Budapest. Just then there was one little puppy. It was winter, there were snowstorms and I was pregnant, so that`s why my husband tried to warn me thatt it can be dangerous to travel. My wish was bigger to meet my new family member. So we brought back our little one. We knew that it was our right decision. We have never felt sorry for choosing this Shorthaired Vizsla. As I really liked those dogs and it was sad, that no one in Lithuania has such breed of dog. For this reason we decided to mate our female. We went back to Hungarry, to the same breeding-ground, where Spain king got his two vizslas.My colleagues at work were joking: ,,Better go to mate your dog in Spain, with king`s Vizslas‘‘. 
The most difficuilt thing is to get a first dog – it‘s strict truth. But then you have got several...When we finally got to the Hungary breeding-ground, we spotted one little cute female vizsla. We didn‘t manage to resist, so we took her with us.
While you are breeding pets, you shoudn`t forget that you must attend showings. It`s really great that we can show to everybody that our dogs are special for their achievements. But not only showing mugs make us feel happy. We lived to see our first hungarian short-haired vizsla`s hatch in 2007, April. Eight little ones were born.
When people get sight of vizsla, they just discomfit, they try to guess their breed. Most of people haven`t heard anything about hungarian vizslas, but these dogs straight away sweep along them with redly gold fur, jocosity, friendliness, elegancy. Everybody around wonder why we walk with our dogs without leads. People sometimes think that retriever can only buzz around the fields, but hungarian vizslas ruin this opinion. They are family dogs, great pardners and friends.
Vizslas are receptive and it is easy to train them. You can`t treat these dogs badly, because they are sweet and intelligent. Vizslas are always observing their masters and try to be close to them. Their intercommunion is really good. There our three females are sleeping in one of lair, which we ordered especially for them, we didn`t find such big to buy.
We have our little daughter. Our dogs really kindly look after our little one. Incidentally, we have to save vizslas from our daughter, because sometimes she likes tugging their ears and tails. Her childish tricks don`t balance them. Vizslas really became our family members!
